Xander Demos To Donate A Portion Of Album Sales To Animal Charity
Metal guitar virtuoso Xander Demos is donating a portion of the sales from his new CD, Guitarcadia to the ASPCA, an animal charity.
Xander's CD was released on his own Shark Nest label on February 29, 2012, and it has been attracting label and distribution interest since its release. "We're soliciting offers from labels as we speak," says MTS Management's Michael Stover. "I think we should have a definite solid deal in place within the next several weeks." The CD was mixed and mastered by Cj Snare of the band Firehouse, and it has received critical praise, as well as international airplay for the single, "White Knuckle Driving (WKD.)"
In addition to his own solo band, Xander Demos is also a member of the east coast chapter of James Rivera's Sabbath Judas Sabbath. For more information on where to purchase Xander's CD, please visit www.xanderdemos.com.
Founded in 1866, the ASPCA was the first humane organization in the Western Hemisphere. Their mission, as stated by founder Henry Bergh, is “to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States.” The ASPCA works to rescue animals from abuse, pass humane laws and share resources with shelters nationwide.
