| Technology Conservation Group, Inc. to Award Scholarships on Local Television ProgramLecanto, FL –TECHNOLOGY CONSERVATION GROUP, INC. will award scholarships through Technology Community Outreach, created in 2011 to support and educate the community on the benefits of recycling.
In addition to the annual scholarships, three cash prizes of $400.00, $250.00 and $100.00 will be awarded to winners of an art contest for the creative use of recycled materials. The art department of the 1st place winner’s school will also receive an award of $500.00. Presentations to the winners of each contest will be made on Chamber Chat, a local television program presented by the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce, airing Monday, April 16th at 6:00pm on Bright House Networks Channel 16.
