South Florida's Premiere Furniture and Decor Store is Open for Buisness

April 11, 2012 - PRLog -- MIAMI, FL – There’s a new renaissance in home décor and is taking place at Go Modern Home Furnishings and Décor, a luxurious, new home furniture store in Miami. The 15,000-square-foot, retail store opened its doors to the public with a grand opening celebration on Thursday, March 29th, co-hosted by Design District Magazine.

The Grand Opening event offered guests their first look at Go Modern’s exclusive Italian designs and leather furniture, modern bedroom selections, designer dining rooms, and chic home accessories, located in a two-story, expansive showroom on Biscayne Boulevard and NE 27th Street in Miami.

“Go Modern is one of the most beautiful and vibrant furniture showrooms I’ve ever visited,” said Vanessa Nunez, principal of Nunez Interior, “This is such a welcome addition to South Florida.”

The celebration of lifestyle and comfort included the debut of an art exhibit series called, “City from the Sky”, by artist Lara Campiglia who is expanding her horizons from the international city of Punta del Este, Uruguay to South Florida.

More than 150 guests, including some of the area’s top interior designers, plus clients and friends, were greeted by hostesses and ushered to the outdoor courtyard bar for their choice of prosecco cocktails including: Belinis,
Rossinis, and Mimosas.

Italian chef and caterer Diego Pasqualicchio wowed the crowd with his food creations, including passed hors d’oeuvres such as: Tris di Tartine alla mousse, tuna tartare Mediterranean style, Millefoglie crema e fragile, and Il Tiramisu originale.

But the star of the night was the showroom itself. Go Modern Home Furnishings and Décor’s huge variety and selection of furniture and home accents delighted guests.
