Semi Pro Soccer -Bay Area Ambassadors host Sonoma Sol Saturday April 14th,2012

April 10, 2012 - PRLog -- Oakland, CA (April 9, 2012)- The Bay Area Ambassadors (Ambassadors) will host the Sonoma Sol (Sol) this weekend . The match will be played in Oakland at Raimondi Field Saturday April 14th, at 7:00 p.m.

The Ambassadors played the Sol three weeks ago on their way to qualifying for the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup. The game finished in a tie, 3-3. An impressive but still disappointing result as the Ambassadors should have gotten the victory on the road. Two goals by Brayan Walle and one from Bryan VanDoorninck were only matched by goals late in the game for the Sol. The Ambassadors will look to close out the Sol this time.

The Ambassadors aim to get back to their winning ways after a shocking defeat at the San Francisco Stompers (Stompers). The Stompers won 1-0. The Ambassadors pressured the Stompers for most of the game but were unable to score.
