La Nacional Picks QT Talk to Offer International Calling Solutions to Customers

Envios de Valores La Nacional Corporation (La Nacional) has selected QT Talk, a smart Voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) calling solutions provider for residential, business and mobile services, to provide its customers with cost effective and efficient international calling solutions.

Gary T. Lane, vice president of business development at QT Talk, said that La Nacional has selected QT Talk to provide its customers a convenient, affordable, far-reaching international calling solution, without any hassles.

La Nacional is a money remittance company serving more than 50 countries worldwide. The company plans to offer QT Talk's Pure Minutes Plan (PurosMinutos) from its 80 retail store locations in North America.

Company officials said that they will offer QT Talk's ANI recognition service in alignment with the plan to introduce international calling solutions as one of their comprehensive service offerings available for purchase in the retail stores.

"QT Talk provides the most cost effective and efficient way for our customers to call their homeland, particularly valuable from our remittance centers to ensure money transfers have been received," said Alan Friedman, president and CEO at La Nacional.

Unlike calling cards that require scratch off elaborate passcodes, QT Talk's ANI recognition service enables International calling from any device -- landline or cell phone -- without the hassles of additional pass codes.

Presently, QT Talk offers three calling plans. These plans include a pure minutes plan -- typical of traditional calling cards; as well as monthly plans consisting of unlimited North American calling with one international destination such as the Dominican Republic; and their Global plan, which offers unlimited domestic and international calling to over 38 destinations around the world.

"The La Nacional partnership speaks high volumes of QT Talk's intentions to deliver a cost effective, innovative yet simple product that will allow seamless international retail calling," Lane said.

Earlier this year in March, QT Talk announced its offer of free calls to Chile in order to help friends and relatives to connect with their loved ones during the devastating earthquake situation in Chile.
