“Prepare Your Family for New Arrivals – Dogs & Storks!”
Family Paws Parent Education and The DogSmith Dog Training and Pet Care Company Announce a new joint effort to heighten public awareness and to increase the safety of children in homes with dogs.
Through its two licensed programs, FPPE offers a wide range of support to families, dog professionals and childbirth professionals to support success between babies, toddlers and family dogs. Jennifer Shryock, Founder of FPPE, said, “Our goal is to increase the safety of children and the success of dogs in homes with children. We seek to decrease the number of dogs surrendered to shelters due to easily preventable behavioral problems and common conflicts.”
The DogSmith Dog Training and Pet Care Company provides numerous training and pet care services to the pet owning public with an emphasis on ‘force-free’
According to Niki Tudge, Founder of The DogSmith, “Being able to offer FPPE programs through our DogSmith outlets is a natural fit since both companies are committed to decreasing the number of dogs given up or neglected because of behavioral issues or family tension. Both the Dogs & Storks program and the Dog and Baby Connection complement our DogSmith training programs and our pet care services.”
