By: New Belgium Brewing This is the tenth anniversary of Filmed by Bike (filmedbybike.org/) The opening night on Friday, April 13 features the New Belgium Street Party, a Speed Raffle presented by Sock Dreams with more than $2,000 in prizes, a beer garden in the middle of Clinton Street, DJ beyondadoubt, break dancers, entertainers and more. The Street Party is free, but attendees must be at least 21. If you want to bike to the kickoff events, mountain bike legend Gary Fisher and Portland Bicycle Tours will lead a ride that winds through Downtown Portland and across the river to Clinton Street.
