In the upcoming segment, viewers are taken out of the studio and into to a BURGER KING® restaurant where moms and kids are gathered for a child’s birthday celebration. BURGER KING® recently launched the new BK Crown Program™, to completely transform the 30-year old kids meal program from ‘just a meal’ to a more fun, family and kid-friendly experience that encourages kids to learn, make choices, and give back to their community.
The menu offers kids a wider variety of smart, tasty food options. The kids meal box comes with a toy inside and a built-in crown that kids can tear off and put on; as well as fun, educational games and activities that are designed to inspire creativity and encourage social interaction. The BURGER KING® crown, which many parents wore as children, has been redesigned for this generation and offers a way for families to engage even more with the BK Crown™ Program.
For the pro-social aspect of the BK Crown Program™, Burger King Corporation has partnered with organizations that support wildlife, the environment and education. With each kids meal purchase, Burger King Corporation allows kids to choose which of the charities it will support. Kids can bring their kids meal box home and visit BKCrown.com to learn about the different causes and vote for their favorite charity, selecting how Burger King Corporation will give back. While on the site, kids can continue to enjoy fun games, activities and crafts that inspire their imagination.
