Local Nutritionist and Author Carolyn Guilford to Speak April 22 at the Bull Street Library, Autism is the subject  for author of “Health is a Choice!”

(SAVANNAH,GA) Nutritionist Carolyn Guilford of Health Restoration Consulting will speak on Autism – Its effect in the family and community. This talk is held in the auditorium of the Bull Street Branch of the Live Oak Public Library in Savannah, Sunday April 22nd, at 3:00 PM Event is free and open to all.

Carolyn will open the discussion, and talk about dietary and lifestyle measures helpful and healthful in the life of the family with autism. Other professionals in the field are invited to share in the discussion and offer their ideas and experience. Ultimately, we end the discussion with the opportunity to ask and answer questions and offer support. This part I like because each of us have 'lessons learned' along the way, something we can share to make life easier for someone else going down the same road we've traveled.
