Southern California Real Estate Professionals Donate Commission to Charity with Home4aCause
Network of Southern California Real Estate Agents will donate up to half of their net commission to the charity designated by clients.
Founded by Leo Goldschwartz of Newport Beach, Home4aCause allows home buyers and sellers to make a large contribution to the charity of their choice. The donation is made in the client’s name at the time of closing through an escrow addendum, and may qualify as a tax deduction as well.
“I truly believe that Home4aCause is a vehicle that can change lives,” said Goldschwartz. “It is a unique opportunity that costs our clients nothing, and allows us to make a real difference to those in need.”
Home4aCause agents represent buyers and sellers throughout Southern California, including LA County, Orange County, San Diego County and the Inland Empire. Real Estate agents interested in participating in the network can learn how at http://www.Home4aCause.com.
