April 3, 2012 - PRLog -- Participants in the LCCC PhotoEXPO can choose from a variety of classes on various topics, workshops and computer labs, based on two educational tracks: "Nature, Wildlife and Landscape" and "Wedding, Portrait and Commercial".  In addition, more than 20 nationally known vendors will be on hand to show the latest in photo equipment.  The LCCC PhotoEXPO will also feature a photography contest, raffles, valuable discounts, and social networking events.  Details, including the line-up of classes, vendors and registration information can be found at

The LCCC PhotoEXPO is featuring two very prominent keynote speakers in George Lepp and Hanson Fong.  Both are world-renowned CANON USA "Explorers of Light" photographers.

George Lepp, one of America's best known contemporary outdoor and nature photographers, will lead the Nature, Wildlife and Landscape track with his highly acclaimed presentation "From Snowflakes to Gigascapes, Maximizing the Creative Power of Today's DSLR's".  

Hanson Fong, globally recognized as one of the premier wedding photographers in the industry, will teach participants in the Wedding, Portrait and Commercial track about the 10 classic poses in his afternoon keynote address on "Harmonizing the Art of Posing and Lighting".

The all day LCCC PhotoEXPO will be held at the University Center of Lake County located in Grayslake, IL on Saturday, June 9.  The LCCC PhotoEXPO website has a complete schedule and description of classes led by photo experts, hands-on camera workshops, post-processing computer classes and vendors.  The basic registration cost, including the keynote speaker and a full day of general classes is $80.  Hands on computer classes and workshops are also available that may require additional registration fees due to limited seating and extended class length.  Register early, limited seating classes are filling up fast.  Registration can be completed online at
