NBC Anchor, Angie Goff to Host Interactive Lifestyle Expo Celebrating Expecting Moms

April 1, 2012 - PRLog -- In 2011, the Baby Bash and Bling Expo & Show took on the nation’s capital and provided a celebration for hundreds of expectant moms and fashionistas encouraging them to remain fabulous and fierce during their pregnancy journey. This much-anticipated event has returned and is slated to take place on May 19th, 2012 from 12p.m. to 4p.m. at the lavish Renaissance Capital View Hotel in Arlington, Virginia. NBC 4 Morning News Anchor and creator of Oh My Goff TV, Angie Goff will serve as the mistress of ceremonies.  

The Baby Bash and Bling Expo & Show offers a host of activities including the “Bump the Runway”™ maternity fashion show, which was created by runway producer Maggy Francois, LLC. Actress and celebrity mommy Tia Mowry will be doing a special book signing in conjunction with the launch of her first book OH, BABY!: Pregnancy Tales and Advice from One Hot Mama to the Next. Oh, Baby! is a pregnancy guide where Tia leaves no topic off limits while helping expectant moms stay empowered, pampered, and laughing out loud. Tia provides tips, tricks, and anecdotes from her own personal experiences. She also walks her readers through the high, lows, joys, and fears of pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

In addition, guests that attend the expo can look forward to discovering new and interesting parenting tools, health and safety products, fashion trends, nutrition tips, and baby furnishings.
The signature Pregginista Punch™ will be the beverage of choice and guests can also look forward to swag bags, hors d’oeuvres, and the opportunity to visit the candy and cupcakes corner to satisfy their bump cravings. Guests will be able to take part in “The Beauty and the Bump” bar that will feature make-up sessions, an eyelash station, and pampering services. The metropolitan area’s top experts on health, parenting, fitness and safety, and wellness will provide educational seminars.
