Hilton Naples Earns Top Performance Award from Hilton Hotels & Resorts
The Hilton Naples Florida Hotel earned a Hilton Brand Award of Excellence for its performance in 2011.

Only 25 of the more than 540 Hilton hotels in 78 countries were presented the 2011 Hilton Brand Award of Excellence. Nine of the recipients were in the Americas, with Hilton Naples being one of only five hotels with less than 500 rooms. Hilton Naples is the only hotel in South Florida to receive the award.
“I am grateful to every member of our team for their dedication, drive, and commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience, and to the owners of the hotel for providing and maintaining an outstanding facility,” said Hilton Naples general manager Clark Hill.
The Hilton Brand Award of Excellence recognizes outstanding performance in guest loyalty, service, property condition and cleanliness, based on the brand’s guest satisfaction feedback scores and quality evaluation scores.
