Cynthia Abbott is 2011 Rookie Salesperson of the Year

EBCBOR announces Cynthia Abbott, REALTOR ® with Friedberg Properties, as the 2011 recipient of the Rookie Salesperson of the Year award. She was recognized as a REALTOR rising star at the Circle of Excellence Luncheon.
 
March 30, 2012 - PRLog -- (Hackensack, N.J.) – The Eastern Bergen County Board of REALTOR ® (EBCBOR) announces Alpine resident, Cynthia Abbott, REALTOR ® with Friedberg Properties, as the 2011 recipient of the Rookie Salesperson of the Year award. Abbott was recognized as a rising star in the real estate profession during the Circle of Excellence Luncheon held recently at the Double Tree in Fort Lee.
EBCBOR President Eileen O’Driscoll said, “As the first recipient of this new award, Cynthia exemplifies a REALTOR® rising star in our Association. Her broker describes her as an agent who will go the extra mile for her clients, and who is committed to the code of ethics.”
In addition to her commitment to customer service and business ethics, Abbott is also an active member of the EBCBOR Community Service Committee, assisting with projects benefitting the Center for Food Action in Englewood and Shelter Our Sisters in Hackensack.
Abbott attributes her early success to her passion, dedication and determination, as well as a tremendous amount of support from her family, fellow agents and her Broker Manager, Marilyn Lambert.

To be selected for the Rookie Salesperson of the Year award, a sales agent with 3 years or less industry experience must be nominated and fit the following criteria: exhibit sound moral character and high ethical professional behavior; demonstrate ability to originate, analyze, negotiate and close deals; display leadership qualities with strong team work skills; contribute to the firm’s success; participate in charitable endeavors and actively engage in EBCBOR events and meetings.
