Colorado Retail Real Estate Firm The Zall Company Expands in Denver and Dallas

In addition, the firm has named Lisa Streidl senior vice president based in The Zall Company’s new Dallas office.

With the hiring of Streidl, the Denver-based firm expands its commercial real estate business representing both shopping center landlords and retail tenants to Texas.  Streidl brings almost two decades of retail expertise in Texas, regionally and nationally to The Zall Company’s Dallas office, where she will work with the national expansion of clients including Le Creuset, Kendra Scott, and the UK-based Aftershock.

In Denver, Tara Crosby founded Integra Real Estate, LLC in 2009 to provide a results-driven boutique retail brokerage service for her clients.  Now Crosby brings her knowledge of consumer shopping trends, the fashion industry and Denver urban node retail to her work for The Zall Company.
