March 26, 2012 - PRLog -- New Mexico based TD Financial Group LLC announces the January 2012 opening of its advisory division TD Merchant Banking to be headquarted in Atlanta. Business Development Manager Dashielle Vanterpool Jr. has assembled an impressive group of equity and debt providers who are actively funding aquisition and development projects worldwide. The new division brings together several noted industry professionals with combined experience of over 80 years in the field of commercial real estate sales and development totaling billions of dollars in closed transactions according to Kie Froemming formerly of JP Morgan Chase. The group seeks to fund deals through equity capital stacks and subsequent debt placements with proven lending institutions with a primary focus in the hospitality sector but also touching on a broad range fields including energy projects. Mr Vanterpool states that we will consider any projects that make sense,with have strong sponsership and sufficient client skin in the game. The groups first endeavour seeks to successfully refinance the $11m O'Malley Square Shopping Center in Anchorage Alaska.
