March 26, 2012 - PRLog -- Winston-Salem, NC  – Ladd HR Strategy is pleased to bring the P3- People, Priorities and Profits seminar series to Charlotte, Raleigh and Winston-Salem this spring. The four-part series is designed for Executives and HR Professionals of small to medium sized companies who want to create an actionable plan to increase their bottom line.

The series focuses on increasing employee and overall organizational performance by providing participants the tools to hire right, communicate strategy, develop engagement programs and processes and create accountability.

“I hear executive teams talking all the time about conversion rates, retention rates, margins and revenues,” said Wanda Ladd, President of Ladd HR Strategy, “What I don’t hear them discussing is their employees and the impact that they have on every single one of those measurements.”
