John Wyer from Mulberry Gardens, Stephen Gibson from Pichet, Niall O’Sullivan from Isabel’s Wine bar and Atul Kochhar from Ananda and Benares will all be found teaching at Lynda Booth’s Dublin Cookery school’s Cooking for Life 4 week course.
