Southeastern Housing Foundation Inc, Announces Partnership With Peabody Chase NY Llc

March 26, 2012 - PRLog -- Southeastern Housing Foundation, Inc has agreed in principal with Peabody Chase llc to promote it Lease to Own Program throughout the South East United States.  Rod Odom  Sr. rep at Peabody Chase said,“ Peabody Chase will help in bringing awareness  to a great program designed to be a solution for Americas housing crisis.  Southeastern Housing Foundation, Inc lease  to own program plans to acquire over 3,000 single family homes over the next two years for its lease to own program with the end result  ending in home ownership.”  Peabody Chase will also assist
Southeastern Housing Foundation, Inc  in securing  private and public investment/grants for the acquisition of the residences.  “Southeastern Housing Foundation, Inc’s Lease to Own Program provides a unique investment opportunity for individuals and  fund managers.” Odom said.


Southeastern Housing Foundation, Inc. is a 501(C) 3, not-for-profit organization founded to create affordable housing opportunities for low to moderate-income families and senior adults.  SHF’s  organization has been instrumental in the development, building, rehabilitation and management of both single and multi-family type properties throughout the southeast for more than eighteen years.  SHF also provides special programs for Veterans seeking home ownership.

The total initiative cost is approximately $100 million. The development is being financed using private and public funds.  Peabody Chase is lending its broad expertise in fundraising and marketing and will oversee various aspects of the fundraising and investment of the project until the houses are fully leased and eventually purchased by the lessees.
