U.S. defense suppliers to meet key decision-makers at India's "DEFEXPO 2012”
U.S. International Pavilion at India defense trade event promotes American companies in prime business environment
International event management firm Kallman Worldwide is organizing the U.S. International Pavilion at Defexpo for the first time. The pavilion will occupy nearly 800 square meters in Hall 14. Exhibitors represent 10 U.S. states; more than half are new to the show.
“Involvement of U.S. suppliers with the Indian Ministry of Defense is extremely important. The cooperation and hospitality that we’ve always felt from the MOD makes it even more enjoyable when we can bring a strong U.S. International Pavilion together,” said Tom Kallman, president and CEO of Kallman Worldwide.
Defexpo attracts more than 40,000 trade visitors from 47 countries interested in all types of armored vehicles, automated security, electro-optical and telecom systems, communications, information technology, weapons and explosives, parachutes, surveillance equipment, satellites, magnetic sensors, medical equipment, apparel, R&D, submarines, tanks, anti-aircraft guns, explosives/detection systems, shipbuilding and repair and other related products and services.
