I have over 20 years experience in the Real Estate. I started in the financial industry as I learned how to process home loans and eventually originate loans and carry a funded pipeline of approximately 10 to 15 files per month. As I meandered in my career my experience includes, Broker Assistant, FHA Administrator for Corona Realty. Right now Im in the process of adding the REO Certification with Harris Real Estate University (HREU). I understand the business model for distressed properties and know that BPO, REO, and Short Sales represent a strong niche for the coming years.
