RE/MAX Town Center Broker/Owner Earns Prestigious Regional Awards and International Recognition

March 22, 2012 - PRLog -- The RE/MAX Central Atlantic Region presented Joe Sabelhaus of RE/MAX Town Center (Germantown, MD) with both the Broker/Owner of the Year and Eagle Awards for his outstanding performance in 2011. These prestigious awards recognize outstanding Broker/Owner(s) who demonstrate extraordinary commitment and loyalty to their RE/MAX Associates, employees and clients.

On top of his regional success, Sabelhaus also earned International recognition at the RE/MAX R4 Convention in Las Vegas a couple weeks ago for leading all RE/MAX multi-office Broker/Owners in the U.S. for net gain in associates.

“I’m proud of this impressive achievement with over 1,500 offices across the U.S.,” said Mark Baker, Vice President/Regional Director, RE/MAX Central Atlantic Region.

Sabelhaus acquired his first RE/MAX brokerage in 2009 and since that time has proven to be a great leader, mentor and business owner, growing his brokerage over the years, and expanding the presence of RE/MAX throughout Maryland. In the fall of 2011, Sabelhaus opened his second office in Potomac, MD and recruited 28 new sales associates in less than two months, landing him his second Eagle Award from the region.
