Paytoo provides safe transactions by enacting three levels of security. Transactions are done through the customer’s smartphone. That unique number serves as the user’s wallet number. The user also gets a specific six-digit code that will allow them to access their Mobile Wallet. Once the account is set up Paytoo automatically detect the cell number to allow the user access. Account information can only change when the user contacts a customer service agent and provide the authorization code sent to their smart phone.


The system is backed through SSL-encryption, making security breaches difficult, and logs out automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Paytoo Stops Terrorism and Organized Crime: Paytoo has an administrative system that quells money-laundering deals known for using prepaid technologies. New users must show a government-issued ID and their phone number from their country of residence to register for PayToo. The information is then run through a background screening that searches for names listed on the FBI’s Most Wanted List.

PayToo Works to Deter ID Fraud: If the phone is lost or stolen, users can simply contact a helpful customer service agent who will immediately block all transactions and enact extra verification measures.
