The seminar will be taught by Debra Balke, MD from the Central Coast Autism Spectrum Center and Pegeen Cronin, PhD, Clinical Director of the UCLA Autism Evaluation Clinic and Principal Investigator for the Center for Autism Research & Treatment. Complimentary dinner will be served at 5:00 pm and the lecture will begin at 5:30 pm. The seminar will cover autism programs and services available in San Luis Obispo County including: social activities for children and adults, educational advocacy and resources, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) and a question and answer segment. Attendees will gather at the Founders’ Pavilion/Medical Arts Center, inside the Morgan Conference Center at 1220 Las Tablas Road in Templeton, California. About Debra Balke, MD Dr. Balke is a board-certified pediatric neurologist with expertise in epilepsy and autism. She received her medical training at the UCLA Medical Center and also worked during these years to support a free pediatric neurology outreach clinic in Bakersfield. She is a founding member of CCASK and CCASC and is a co-founder of the North County Autism Support Group. She runs a busy, part-time, solo pediatric neurology practice in San Luis Obispo County. End
