Greiner Bio-One, North America, Inc. is pleased to announce the development of a new management board in North America that will address the operational, financial, sales and strategic needs of a growing company.

Effective immediately the management board will be comprised of an Executive Vice President of Operations in Harald Gruellenberger, Executive Vice President of Finance in Rick McInnis, and President of Sales and Marketing and Chairman of the Board in A.C. Marchionne. Carol D’Anca will assume the responsibility of Executive Vice President of Strategic Business Development for both the Bioscience and Preanalytics divisions.
