March 19, 2012 - PRLog -- SAINT CHARLES, IL (March 19, 2012)-Companies in our marketplace climate sometimes have trouble seeing the obvious when suffering from myopic old approaches that are no longer working anymore. That's when an executive steps back and considers pulling out another arrow from his product inventory quiver, hoping to stimulate sales growth. Well that's one of the ways you can consider doing it but that's not how Tony Hsieh of Zappos does it.  Hsieh (pronounced Shay) counts on his customers to continue to spread the word-of-mouth advertising that never fails. What he has found is that his customers, without any marching orders, deploy themselves into the open market to act on Zappos behalf after every purchase. These Customer Passion Evangelist are on a mission to make the Brand well known by bragging about the service.

Sometimes seeing the obvious can be a painful lesson for companies who fail to see it as Tony Hsieh does.  But getting these passionate evangelist for any business in the market place is not impossible to do.
