March 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Denver, CO March 19, 2011 Mountain Aviation headquartered at the Metro Airport (BJC) in Broomfield, CO and with operations based at XJet at the Centennial Airport (APA) is pleased to announce that on March 8, 2012 the Arapahoe County Airport Board of Commissioners unanimously approved Mountain Aviation’s application to offer maintenance services to clients outside of their owned and managed fleet.

“Mountain Aviation has had a significant presence at the Centennial Airport for over ten years.  As the largest operator of business jets and turbo-prop aircraft in the Rocky Mountain region increasing our maintenance base at Centennial is crucial to our long term growth and strengthening our relationship with our partners at the XJet FBO,” said Rich Bjelkevig, President.

For the first time Mountain Aviation will offer maintenance services at Centennial for aircraft outside of their 18 airplane fleet.  The XJet FBO and their clients will benefit significantly from the availability of factory trained aircraft maintenance technicians specializing in Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker, Citation, King Air, Piaggio, Pratt and Whitney, Honeywell, Williams, and Rolls Royce products.  Service will be available to transient aircraft utilizing the nationally recognized XJet FBO as well as aircraft based at the Centennial airport or at surrounding airfields.

“We are delighted to be expanding our partnership with Mountain Aviation to offer maintenance services at XJet at APA.  This will be a win win for both companies," said Josh Stewart, President and CEO of XJet.
