Cadence Group’s Sherra Bell to Participate in Twitterview with Route TV on March 20, 2012

March 19, 2012 - PRLog -- ATLANTA — Sherra Bell, Director of User Experience Design for Cadence Group will participate in a live Twitterview arranged by Chozen Media on Tuesday, March 20, 2012.  The event is part of Route TV’s Job Match Tweet Chat series which will connect job seekers with recruiters and potential employment.  Chozen Media is perhaps best known for the Chozen Awards, an annual award project that celebrates leaders in a variety of categories headquartered in Atlanta.

Bell was chosen due to her extensive recruiting experience; she has been placing creative professionals around the Southeast for almost 15 years.   A designer first, she is also driving Cadence Group’s efforts to incorporate a truly user-centered approach to their online presence.   She is a past president of AIGA Atlanta and was recently named to the board of C4 Atlanta.  She also currently runs the Atlanta Graphic Design Collective on Meetup.  As the head of Cadence Group’s creative staffing division, Bell supports digital creative agencies and in-house teams by providing them with designers, information architects, and user experience professionals who can deliver the design and functionality that today’s consumers demand.

She will provide a unique perspective in Tuesday’s Twitterview based on having helped hundreds of creative professionals through job transitions.  “I believe knowledge workers, especially the creative ones, have to rely on more than job boards for employment.  As the economy rebounds, differentiating oneself in the marketing and maintaining a viable network are both critical to finding the right job,” offered Bell.
