Zoe Life Magazine asks readers, "Has religion got you down?"

March 19, 2012 - PRLog -- NEW YORK, NEW YORK – March 19, 2012) – Zoe Life Magazine is a New York based online magazine that was born out the frustration of founder Niya Allen. There are a lack of Christian magazines that are entertaining and informative, while continuing to minister. With many Christian publications available, it is hard to find a magazine that is truly Christian based without segregating the people that really need it the most.

“You either have websites that are overly religious thus alienating potential readers, or you have websites that are extremely popular, but are not Christian based,” Niya Allen revealed in a recent interview. She continued by adding that “The unsaved tend to think that religion is boring and you can't be yourself. Zoe Life Magazine is bridging the gap between religion and the world we live in....”

The publication ministers to the thousands of urban Christians ages 18 – 35 years of age that are looking for a publication that covers all aspects of Christian living with style. The reader response of Zoe Life Magazine is reaching new heights and while readers are increasing, there's still millions to go.  

What is Zoë Life? Zoë is the Greek word for eternal life. Once we became born again, our spirit received Zoë and through His Word we possess God's lifestyle and his way of doing things. When asked how to describe her readers, Niya replied, “...they are thirsty for the unabridged truth about God and living the Christian lifestyle with swagger and without pretense....they have been turned off by church as usual and can't be swayed by phoniness....”

Niya Allen has built her writing team based on personal spiritual relationships versus writing skill. It's important to have people that are like-minded and have strong testimonies. Writing ability can be taught, but a relationship with Jesus Christ can't be faked. Zoe Life Magazine is continuing to grow and take shape. It is slowly becoming the go-to magazine for urban readers across the country.
