Join Erica Blitz, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT 200), on an innovative journey  this coming summer, to learn to become a yoga teacher or to simply seek and deepen your own practice and understanding of yoga this coming summer in sunny Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This program will transform you inside and out as you learn to teach with compassion, live a balanced healthy life and make life long friends along the way. Within the framework of yoga, there is a recognition that everything is connected; there is a deep regard for how you impact your Self and others with your thoughts, feelings and actions.


The main focus of the 200hr Yoga Training is grounded in the Krishnamacharya lineage with a focus on Vinyasa flow. You will come away from this program with an understanding of the science of alignment, the astuteness of Ashtanga, the creative flow of Vinyasa, and the life-affirming essence of Anusara. This in-depth training also includes specialty areas of teaching such as teaching restorative classes, yoga for beginners, prenatal yoga and pranayama. This program also includes ayurveda, subtle body, and anatomy specific to yoga which leaves students with a strong understanding of these complimentary sister sciences to teaching yoga. The intention of curriculum, reading, practices, assignments, course requirements and thoroughness of process reflects a desire to instill excellence and discernment in successful teachers.  

Erica's teaching of yoga is steeped with an intensive background of yogic studies in healing arts, meditation, and health sciences (anatomy, psychology, nutrition and plant medicine). Defined as vinyasa krama — a step-by-step approach—her classes weave a balance between intensity and grace into creative, mindful movements that build physical strength and flexibility, reduce stress and quiet the mind. Together with a focus on physical alignment, dynamic movement, simple pranayama and meditation, she creates a practice that is simultaneously challenging (yet accessible) and calming leaving you energized and centered long after you've left your yoga mat.

Daily Timings:  8:30am - 5:30pm (Including 1hr lunch break & short breaks).

Training Venue : Skydive Dubai, Palm Jumeirah -  our selected venue & the single most incredible dropzone in the world, located in the heart of the amazing city of Dubai, on it's very own peninsula, right at the base of the iconic Palm Jumeirah! The venue has been specifically selected for its large and breathing space to practice, its ceiling to floor windows which invites healthy rays of sunshine into our practice, a therapeutic ocean view, easily accessible and ample free parking, free wifi, lockers and showers for your own convenience while we train, learn, sweat and practice hours and hours of yoga during the month.
