Follow on Google News | A New Dog Leash That Promises to Revolutionize the Standard LeadLaunching their new product and website, Suki's Lead promises to give dog owners more options with their dog.
By: pets, dogs, leash, dog, training As a long time dog owner, Enzia Farrell saw the need for a new dog leash that lets dogs more easily travel with their owners, and so Suki's lead was created to fill the void. “The standard 6 ft. or retractable leashes cannot be easily tied around objects. The knot is clumsy and often takes up too much of the leashes length and sometime requires the owner to detach their dog from the leash in order to slip its length through its handle in order to fix it around an object,” explains Enzia. “I found it terribly frustrating.” And so her leash was born of frustration necessity. Designed to be able to clip to or around almost anything without detaching the dog from the leash, it increases an owner’s control and options. Since it can be clipped to be shorter or in various loop combinations, it can go from regular 6 ft. length to a traffic lead to a temporary tie-out without hassle or uncontrolled moments. It can even be clipped around her waste ot to her belt loop when her dog is off-leash. Noticing that she never picked up a standard leash or a retractable again, she knew she was onto something and invested in creating this product for the public. “I hope to make it easier to bring dogs around town. If owners can do errands with their dogs, they get things done and stimulate their dogs at the same time. Why not take their dog to the cafe, get some coffee, stop by the corner store, or post office with the family dog? It helps all involved be a bit healthier, plus it might save a favorite pair of shoes from being chewed up out of boredom.” Enzia Farrell, goes to as many places as possible with Suki, her French Bulldog and inspiration. She believes doing so creates not only a good relationship with her dog, but keeps her well socialized and well stimulated. "Suki loves going shopping with me," she explains. "While she needs a lot of exercise, she also needs mental stimulation." End
