Allpro Parking Management Program Proves Success with Promotion

March 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Buffalo, NY – Allpro Parking recently promoted Christopher Hart to Operations Manager for its Rochester, NY portfolio of operating properties.  Hart has successfully completed Allpro Parking’s Management Trainee Program.  

Allpro Parking’s management program is designed to strengthen an individual's management skills in the parking industry, with emphasis on operations and enhanced skills in accounting, human resources, marketing and analytical thinking.

A native of West Falls, NY, Hart joined Allpro in August of 2011 as a management trainee and completed the 30-week program in February of 2012.  Prior to joining Allpro Parking, Hart received his undergraduate degree in Sports Management from Medaille College, and he previously worked with AMS Servicing, LLC, Wells Fargo Financial and M&T Bank.

As Operations Manager, Chris will act as a liaison between Field-Facility Managers and the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Craig Barber.  Hart will oversee management of day-to-day operations, and direct and supervise all location employees to include recruiting, scheduling, hiring, training, coaching, counseling/discipline and terminating employees.  He will maintain consistency with Allpro Parking’s best practices and he will help to nurture and motivate high performers.
