The legal rights of the work El triomf i el Rodolí de la Gala i en Dalí.

March 15, 2012 - PRLog -- V.S.Marketing Ltd is the only entity legally authorized to use the commercial exploitation of Salvador Dali's artwork "El triomf I el Rodoli de la Gala I en Dali", worldwide (excluding Spain).
On June 30,2011, a Central Region District Court in Israel approved a settlement agreement between the Dali Foundation and V.S.Marketing Ltd allowing V.S.Marketing Ltd to use all and any commercial exploitation of the property, worldwide (excluding Spain), including the use of the 43 drawings by Salvador Dali in the "El triomf I el Rodoli de la Gala I en Dali", the art work and the name of Salvador Dali as part of the credit title on products, packaging, advertising, catalogs, publications, etc.
V.S.Marketing Ltd is the exclusive holder of Salvador Dali original letter dated September 1961, authorizing the unlimited commercial exploitation of the art work. The Dali Foundation has NO commercial rights in "El triomf I el Rodoli de la Gala I en Dali", which are exclusively held by V.S.Marketing Ltd worldwide, excluding Spain.
V.S.Marketing Ltd is offering licenses for all products and services, worldwide, including a credit line with the name "Salvador Dali" following the name of the work "El triomf I el Rodoli de la Gala I en Dali" only, as agreed between the Dali Foundation and V.S.marketing Ltd on June 30, 2011, and approved by the District Court in Israel. It is important to understand that the said rights belong to V.S.Marketing Ltd only, and NO acknowledgment or recognition by the Dali Foundation is needed.
All activities in regards to this unique and exclusive work of Salvador Dali which are in compliance with the settlement agreement signed on June 30, 2011 between the Dali Foundation and V.S.Marketing Ltd, are protected by the said decision.
