What I am saying is, it is impossible to have a subject line that will appeal to everyone that you send to, but if you think along the line of what you expect from the landing page of a website, you can’t go too far wrong. i.e. Who are you and what do you do? In the fewest words possible.

Less is more ladies and gentlemen, it has been said many times because it is FACT, don’t waffle or try and use wonderful marketing speak that confuses people and directs them away from the primary message, just get to the point!

Why are you contacting me, what are you offering, where are you from and how will this benefit me.

Again we come back to old techniques, why, when, where and how. If used properly, these are extremely powerful guides that naturally fit into the way we instinctually think on all levels of life.
