The Brasserie Is Set To Arrive At Alderley Edge Hotel

March 15, 2012 - PRLog -- CHESHIRE's Alderley Edge Hotel, home of the award-winning Alderley Restaurant, is to launch another exciting new eating experience.

The Brasserie, an establishment offering simple, high quality, retro classic food with a slightly modern twist, is due to open at the hotel in Macclesfield Road, Alderley Edge at the end of March, revealed General Manager, Ahmet Kurcer.

“We will be open throughout the day and evening, serving dishes at prices which will enable customers to dine with us often, in the relaxing ambience of a traditional brasserie,” said Mr Kurcer.

“We are always looking at new ways to move forward in order to offer our customers the very best that we can. And we are absolutely delighted that our latest idea - The Brasserie - is about to become a reality.”

Work started on March 5 and will be completed by the end of the month.

“So, by the end of March we will be proud to offer two very different dining experiences; The Brasserie for relaxed enjoyment and The Alderley Restaurant for continued fine dining,” added Mr Kurcer.
