The college has rolled out the following three exciting concentrations with its business management and accounting program:

•   Property Management
•   Retail Sales Management
•   Event Planning

The event planning emphasis is ideally suited for candidates who want to combine their creative streak with business knowledge to design, plan, organize, and manage events for private and corporate clients.

Students enrolled in this program are trained in all aspects of event management—from preparing cost estimates to negotiating contracts—through courses such as Fundamentals of Event and Meeting Planning, Event Marketing and Management, Special Events, Event Logistics, etc.

The AAS in business management and accounting degree is available online as well as on-ground, and can be completed in as few as 15 months on Stevens-Henager College’s flexible schedule, although the normal duration of the program is 20 months.
