After evaluating a number of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) providers, HGS selected Veeva’s cloud-based solution: Veeva CRM, to support its newly formed European Commercial teams. HGS selected Veeva CRM because of its ease of use, mobility, industry-specific functionality and low system maintenance. C3i, the leading full-service integration and support provider, and a Veeva partner, was chosen to provide helpdesk services to approximately 30 HGS sales representatives and medical science liasions in  Germany, France and Spain. From its operations center in Sofia, Bulgaria, C3i will provide technical support in English, German, French, and Spanish.
