Nicasio Cabaneiro.

The seminar will be held on March 24, Saturday, from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, at the Seminar Room 4 of the Walter Hogan Conference Center, Institute of Social Order (ISO) Complex, Ateneo de Manila Campus, Loyola Heights, Quezon City.
