Women age 18 to 45 account for the largest proportion of people suffering from depression. Even if a woman isn’t depressed, the road to happiness can be a lonely journey, which is why DailyHap.com was created: to encourage people to openly and actively pursue and achieve happiness. Together.
DailyHap.com is new website dedicated to achieving happiness 1 day at a time. Through a daily action item called a Hap, users do one small thing that helps them on their journey to happiness. Written and video content supports how that small action can help lead to happiness.
The community of people on the website can share their impressions of the Hap or how they achieved it in order to encourage other people on the journey to happiness. Sharing can be done via honor, written, photo, or video submissions, and profiles can be linked to facebook and twitter.
Recognition of the desire for happiness and thoughtful pursuit of happiness is one of the easiest ways to actually create happiness in our lives. DailyHap.com aims to facilitate the creation of that happiness.
DailyHap.com is founded by Lyssa Myska Allen, a 27-year old female entrepreneur, and her mother, Cindy Myska, a therapist. The site features a unique blend of fresh, engaging perspectives on the latest research, experiential personal essays, and deep-thinking pieces, coupled with engaging video.
DailyHap.com is happy to provide excerpts or exclusive articles showcasing happiness research, ways to get happy, and more for print publication. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to help create the story!
