All guests will receive a free small frozen yogurt with toppings and will be able to sample the latest refreshments to hit the Miami scene, including probiotic, all-natural teas, cold lemonades, and delicious smoothies. The first 150 customers in line will receive a free, limited edition Red Mango Love t-shirt and all guests are invited to register for a chance to win an iPad and one of two iPod Touches.  

Red Mango is gaining popularity throughout the nation for its savvy store design and outstanding product line.  Leo Brauer, owner and operating manager of the new Red Mango store in Davie, is excited to start his first business venture in Miami. A native from Ecuador, he moved from Los Angeles to Miami because of the beautiful weather and the rich combination of Latin and American culture that the southern part of Florida has to offer.  

According to Brauer, “Our product is flavorful and healthy, and it can be enjoyed in a progressively modern, appealing environment.  This is indicative of Miami culture and is one of the reasons I felt it would be the perfect addition to an already outstanding city.”  

The popularity for the swirl is growing by the day for Brauer and his team of yogurt professionals. With more than several hundred Facebook fans already acquired, he is focusing his promotional efforts on grassroots marketing such as Facebook and Twitter so that he can communicate with fans and customers regularly.  

Prior to opening the Davie, FL Red Mango store, Brauer attended the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he obtained an MBA in Strategy, Finance, and Marketing. He then lived in Los Angeles for six years where he discovered the frozen yogurt phenomenon. That is when he decided upon Red Mango and made plans to move to Miami to open his store and live closer to his family who still resides in Ecuador.
