Grand Prix Returns to Belle Isle
The Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix Returns from a four year absence. Chair for the event Bud Denker will speak on its economic impact at Chamber Forum
The Chevrolet Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix is returning to Belle Isle in 2012 after a four year absence. Bud Denker, the Event Chair for the Grand Prix, will be speaking to a group of business leaders from southern Wayne County on Monday, March 19th, at the Southern Wayne County Regional Chamber’s Legislative Forum, to discuss the economic impact of the Grand Prix on the area. Denker is also the Executive VP of Penske Performance and Penske Automotive Group as well as the Senior Vice President of Penske Corporation. Denker also manages Penske Racing’s marketing, sponsorship, licensing, and PR functions for its IndyCar and NASCAR disciplines.
Mr. Denker’s talk will be followed by a question and answer session. The Forum costs $15 to attend. Registration for the event begins at 11:00a.m., with lunch starting at 11:30a.m. The program starts at noon and ends at 1p.m.
