Help-U-Sell® Real Estate Offices Increase Listings and Sales During Franchise-wide Contest
Help-U-Sell Real Estate's national production increased 17% over last year in part due to internal sales and marketing contest.
“The improving numbers are not only attributable to an improving market,” said James Dingman, Help-U-Sell Real Estate’s chief development officer. “They also reflect the energy Help-U-Sell brokers brought to our Winter Warm-Up Contest. As the weeks ticked by, competition among our offices ramped up, and we saw improvement in our key performance indicators. Our Help-U-Sell brokers are not just entrepreneurs, they are also salespeople and there’s nothing like a little friendly competition to get salespeople to outperform themselves.”
The contest rewarded performance in new listings taken, closed buyer sides and listings sold. The top three overall winners were determined by adding up points allotted for each new listing, closed buyer side and listing sold. The offices with the most points in each of the individual categories also won prizes. However, offices that finished in the top three overall were not eligible to win in individual categories. Prizes consisted of franchise administration fees and button-up shirts with the Help-U-Sell Real Estate logo.
