March 9, 2012 - PRLog -- Our Client Mr. Dinesh Sharma is the proprietor and applicant for the patent application in respect of ‘Systems and Methods for Validating Monetary Transaction Using Location Information of a User’, in India under patent application no. 587/DEL/2012, filed on March 01, 2012.

Please note that any patent filed after our priority date covering the same or substantially similar invention, shall not have the priority on this invention and consequently shall not have any legal standing, under the provisions of Patents Act, 1970 of India.

The patent application discloses systems and methods for validating monetary transaction using location information of a user, wherein a user shall provide transaction information using the data input device and the geographical location information of the data input device which is already stored in the location information server shall be compared against the geographical location information of a pre-registered user-owned electronic device, and wherein the geographical location information of a pre-registered user-owned electronic device is also stored in the location information server and based on the comparative results of the processing mechanism the transaction validation server shall validate or invalidate a monetary transaction.

We hereby notify publicly and to whomsoever it may concern that in respect of the said application and the invention covered in the application, that any attempt whether successful or unsuccessful to copy, reproduce, use, recreate, import or practice the patent pending invention or any invention substantially similar to the patent pending invention, may be in contravention of law of India, and shall attract suitable legal action on Civil as well as criminal grounds, including claims of compensation and injunctions.
