4ipnet introduces WHG801, Gigabit WLAN Controller with Larger Capacity for Roaming and AP Management

The WHG801 provides cloud base management over 1,200 4ipnet 802.11n Access Points with deployment flexibility to support both local and remote Wi-Fi networks simultaneously inside the Cloud. This feature allows IT manager to control, configure, and upgrade all manageable 4ipnet Wireless Access Points deployed in different venues.

The WHG801 can be used to set up multiple Site-to-Site VPN and GRE Tunneling within multiple wired or wireless networks. A remote Wireless LAN can be managed to fill the current smart devices’ excessive needs to retrieve large amounts of data from central office several times a day.  In addition, WHG801 allows on-demand account roaming so a mobile client can be used in other linked locations without the need to register again.

The WHG801 features Encrypted Gigabit throughput capability. This allows enterprise to securely and efficiently deliver high-speed wireless transmission, mass data/voice or video streaming of multimedia applications.
