March 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Scriptorium Publishing celebrates its 15th anniversary this year.

“The technology has changed over time, but our focus remains the same as when we were established,” said Sarah O’Keefe, founder and president. “We help companies with large amounts of technical content streamline their publishing processes.”

O’Keefe started Scriptorium in 1997. She and Alan Pringle, director of publishing operations, have been with the company since its inception. Pringle, a Charlotte native, has an English degree from Wake Forest University. O’Keefe has a comparative area studies degree from Duke University.

“The Research Triangle area has provided a fantastic base of operations for us,” said Pringle.

Over 15 years, the company has established an international client base and is widely known for expertise with technical communication tools.

Scriptorium provides education to the technical writing community through its blog (http://www.scriptorium.com/blog/), online collection of resources, books, and free webcasts (http://www.scriptorium.com/events/) on current topics. This year’s webcast schedule includes guest presentations from industry professionals and a series of demos from tool vendors.
