Haverhill, MA Single-Family Home Prices Rise, Sales Fall January 2012
The median price of single-family homes in Haverhill, Massachusetts rose while sales fell in January 2012 compared to January 2011, according to data analyzed by exclusive buyer agent real estate firm Buyers Brokers Only, LLC.

The median price of condominiums decreased 19.4 percent in January 2012, a difference of $26,000 compared to January 2011. Condo sales in Haverhill, MA dropped 45.5 percent in January 2012, a difference of five sales compared to January 2011.
Multi-family home prices increased 13 percent in January 2012, a difference of $22,500 compared to January of the previous year. Sales of multi-family homes rose 16.6 percent, a difference of only one sale.
