Newcastle Student's Share House Complaints
Students at Newcastle University have revealed the most annoying aspects of living in shared student accommodation.
In excess of 82% of the survey respondents also listed the kitchen sink as an annoying aspect of shared student living followed by 51% who said unhygienic housemates was the most annoying and 42% complained that having noisy neighbours was the most difficult aspect of student living.
However despite all of this we know that student life is not all bad. Particularly in Newcastle as over 81% of Newcastle Students answered the poll as being happy in their student accommodation. Approximately 65% said that their living experiences had been the reason they had met people or made friends even beyond their studies.
Being able to find excellent student accommodation was a top priority for 83% of those that took part in the survey and this is something that Tyneside Lettings Company a student accommodation company based in Newcastle agreed with also.
