March 6, 2012 - PRLog -- National mortgage banker Crossline Capital Inc has announced the opening of a new home loan center in Chandler, Arizona. The non-bank lender, which operates its retail branches as Crossline Capital Inc, received regulatory approval for the branch earlier this month and will begin operating at the new location March 1st, 2012.

Mr. Reggie Green and Mr. Jerry Stoltz have been named to co-manage the branch located at 1311 West Chandler Blvd #140A, Chandler, Az. 85224. Green, who began his mortgage career in 2004, previously managed operations for Ameriquest Mortgage. He resides in Phoenix with his wife and one year old son. Stoltz began his career in 1994 at Norwest Financial where he was a top mortgage banker consistently. He lives in Queen Creek Arizona with his wife and 2 kids.

The Arizona office marks the second full service location for the company. In addition to Chandler office, the company maintains full service lending operations with its flagship operation and corporate offices in Orange County, Ca. The company also has plans to open 2 more new offices in Dallas, Tx as well as Colorado Springs, Co. in the next 90 days.
"Jerry and Reggie have been top preforming loan officers as well as have been delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction for years," said Tim Elkins, President and CEO of Crossline Capital. "As a customer-centric lender, we see them as a perfect fit for our organization. They will play a major role in our growth strategy and be an important voice on our leadership team.” Elkins is quick to point out that the company’s only line of business is the consumer-driven origination and closing of single family home loans. “We’re not a bank and we’re not going to hassle our customers about a checking account, a certificate of deposit, their insurance business, or anything else.” Elkins adds, “Our employees understand, and our customers appreciate, our business model—we make home loans and that’s all we do, period.”
