BMGI Launches Hoshin Planning Workshop Series in Europe

Five Strategy Execution & Hoshin Workshops will help European business leaders align operations to critical transformation and growth objectives.
March 6, 2012 - PRLog -- Starting March 2012, BMGI is launching a series of five, one-day workshops on Strategy Execution and Hoshin Planning to help companies achieve operational improvement and transformation results in line with their annual strategic plans. The five workshops will be hosted in Warsaw, Paris, Brussels, London and Amsterdam, and are open to business, process and project leaders interested in developing advanced skills in strategy planning and execution.

With increasingly difficult European marketing conditions, many businesses are looking to protect and grow their business through effective strategy planning and execution. Factors such as the current need for increased business agility, the rising importance of customer centricity and the need for speed mean that the old approach to strategy is no longer good enough. A new process and rigour is needed to achieve business results.

As a result, since the beginning of 2012, BMGI has seen a surge in interest surround the Hoshin Kanri Planning process (taken from the traditional Lean philosophy) as a holistic approach to developing and implementing strategy. Through its rigorous management roadmaps and planning tools, Hoshin provides the ability to execute at every step of the way.
