BMGI Launches Hoshin Planning Workshop Series in Europe
Five Strategy Execution & Hoshin Workshops will help European business leaders align operations to critical transformation and growth objectives.
With increasingly difficult European marketing conditions, many businesses are looking to protect and grow their business through effective strategy planning and execution. Factors such as the current need for increased business agility, the rising importance of customer centricity and the need for speed mean that the old approach to strategy is no longer good enough. A new process and rigour is needed to achieve business results.
As a result, since the beginning of 2012, BMGI has seen a surge in interest surround the Hoshin Kanri Planning process (taken from the traditional Lean philosophy) as a holistic approach to developing and implementing strategy.
