| Makeup when being photographedMany people often hate photographs of themselves, but the truth is we all love the nice photographs that store our memories. Makeup can both make a photograph and ruin it. I’m here to tell you how they do it at makeup school.
By: Georgina Stocks One of the basic errors people make is using a foundation in the evening with high SPF. Whilst you need sun protection daily, at night it isn’t necessary and will cause flashback when taking pictures. This can make your face look way lighter than areas that aren’t covered in foundation. The solution to this would be to choose an evening foundation without SPF, or avoid flash photography. Whilst some SLR cameras able to take images with more pixels will show every detail of your face, most will not show it to such an extent, which is lucky for us! However, by using a primer this will help you makeup stay on and allow for a smoother application of makeup. This will make your skin look as even and flawless as possible. These days some makeup is even made for high definition conditions, such as Makeup Forever’s HD Foundation. Pictures can often wash you out, so the best idea is to wear both blusher and bronzer. Bronzer should be suitable for you skin tone and blended out so it isn’t too harsh. Apply this under the cheekbones to really define them and sculpt your face. To really make you look amazing, why not try some false lashes! If you are not to sure how to apply this then ask a store assistant. You can also learn how to do this on a makeup course in London (http://www.beauty- End
